A debit or credit card and contact information is required to rent an instrument. On the first of every month you are automatically charged the amount you agreed to. If something happens and we didn’t receive the payment we’ll give you a call so we can sort it out.

We include a case, mouthpiece, and care kit are included with your rental.

CMC, or Comprehensive Maintenance Coverage is a protection plan that covers cleanings, minor dents, or other small jobs needed to keep the instrument working and sanitary. The CMC does not cover excessive damage or missing parts in need of replacement.

You are to maintain, clean, and keep the instrument safe. If any excessive damage occurs to the instrument (major dents, cracks, holes and so on) you are responsible for it even with the CMC.

You can either choose to pay your down payment in cash or card, and our standard rate is 10% of the total instrument price plus the first month’s payment.

We will carry over the past payments made on the old instrument and use that on the new one minus the cost of getting the old instrument back into our rental program.

Yes. If you wish to pay off the remaining balance on your instrument just let us know and we’ll charge the remaining amount with no extra fees. Afterwards, the instrument is all yours!

Yes! Our rentals are all rent-to-own and once the instrument is fully paid off, it’s yours!

No problem! Bring it back in and the payments will stop. We’ll refund the down payment, but we still charge the cost of getting the instrument ready to be sold or rented again.

Yes. If you would like payments to stop, you’re more than welcome to bring the instrument back to us to cancel the contract but the payments continue until the instrument is paid off or the contract is canceled.

We don’t know until you bring it in and we can see the whole instrument. Texting us pictures doesn’t help much either. Once you bring it in we’ll assess your instrument and give you a quote.

Yes. We have a wide variety or lubricants and accessories, care kits, and mouthpieces for your horn. If you’re low on any consumables or even need a new mouthpiece we’ve got you covered!

Bring it in! We’ll pull it out for free and it’ll save you one heck of a headache. Please don’t use pliers it will damage either the instrument, the mouthpiece, or both.

We carry lots of woodwind and brass instruments of all band program approved brand names. We do not carry or work on stringed or percussion instruments. If you’re looking for less common instruments, feel free to call us or stop by when you have the time!
